This is a show we try to make every year. The pig show and fair at Mountain View Oklahoma are the best we’ve been to, and we’ve shown all over the country. These pictures are from 2008, I just ran across them, thought I’d throw them on the blog. Memories. Please forgive my lack of skills that day, it was 110 degrees in the shade so I was rather lazy about shooting quality and more concerned with capturing memories for my family.
We got to the show early to turn in weights and settle in. The high school kids have little restaurants set up for fair patrons and some might say this is the best food west of the Mississippi. =)

Show time. I love these, Memphis looks so tiny…still, determined to do a good job showing.

It was a huge show. Facilities aren’t the greatest, but they’ll do. We just loved the whole show and fair and tractor pull, so much fun! Look, it was dark by the time Mason got to show.

These were taken at around 10pm and it was still hotter than fire. Poor little Mason was burning up in those jeans. I love how he had all of his family in the stands cheering him on. =)
Show’s over, back to the fair!

These are precious to me. Mason and his cousins Chandler and Ethan. They were having a blast.

Little Memphis. He was disappointed the boys ran off before he could ask them to ride with him too. His daddy and I climbed in and rode with him.
