These were taken yesterday just after sunset. Please excuse the grain, it was getting dark. It was still snowing pretty heavily, the snow ended in the night. Limbs were really stressed under the snow and ice.
We had one large limb hit the house this morning….it was on the north end. No major damage to the roof (as far as we know), but it took out the TV antennae….and woke us all up. Mark walked around the house today trying to determine if any more could hit the house….we think we’re safe. Who knows… it’s the price we pay for such a beautiful place to live. We really didn’t think that one would hit the house.
I took more pics this evening, I’ll go through those and hopefully post them in the next update. Power has been back on for about 30 minutes, not sure how long it will last.
